Welcome to K&K Safari LTD. By booking any of our tours, safaris, car rentals, or related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings made with K&K Safari LTD are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Clients must provide accurate personal details during booking, including full names, contact information, and travel dates.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit of at least 30%–50% is required to confirm a safari booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival in Rwanda, as agreed during booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: partial refund (excluding administrative fees).
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: partial refund may apply depending on services booked.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
No refunds are given for no-shows or unused services.
4. Changes and Amendments
K&K Safari LTD reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns.
Clients may request changes to their itinerary, subject to availability and additional costs.
5. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and other travel risks.
6. Responsibility and Liability
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, K&K Safari LTD is not liable for:
- Injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings
- Delays or disruptions caused by weather, road conditions, or government actions
- Third-party service failures (hotels, airlines, parks, etc.)
Clients participate in tours at their own risk.
7. Safari Rules and Conduct
While visiting national parks such as Akagera National Park, clients are required to follow all park regulations and instructions from guides and rangers.
Respect for wildlife, environment, and local communities is mandatory.
8. Accommodation and Services
Accommodation is provided as per the selected package. Any upgrades or special requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
9. Force Majeure
K&K Safari LTD shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.
10. Photography and Marketing
We may use photos or videos taken during safaris for marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
